No, for the metaio SDK there is no charge on a per title basis and you do not pay royalties or revenue shares. Even if you develop and sell your application based on the free Mobile SDK version, you don't have to pay a fee. However - you need to identify your app with metaio and verify that it runs correctly.
Instead of displaying the metaio watermark and splashscreen when your application starts you can use your own branding and splashscreen or none at all. In order to enable this you need purchase the SDK BASIC license or the SDK PRO license. Both, the SDK BASIC and PRO license allows you to publish unlimited application deployment without a metaio watermark or splashscreen. This license has to be purchased through the metaio webshop.
After purchasing the SDK Basic or SDK PRO license through the metaio webshop, you will receive a serial key by email. Copy the received serial key into the licences tool on the metaio developer platform and your applications will now run without metaio watermark / splash screen.
No, after adding the SDK BASIC or SDK PRO license to your metaio SDK developer account you are enabled to publish custom branded apps without time limitation. However, new (future) versions of the metaio SDK will be treated as a separate license which may require a separate SDK license for unlimited application deployment without a metaio watermark or splashscreen.

Yes, metaio has to be named as the software provider in the about box of the application or app description. Furthermore metaio has the right to name themselves as the software provider of any application based on the metaio SDK. This will allow you get in contact with potential clients that are looking for custom branded AR applications.
After installing the metaio SDK, you have to register on the metaio Developer Portal. In the next step you have to create an Application Identifier (the name of your application in the Apple App Store or Android Market). Then you need to copy the automatically generated signature into your mobile application. As a last step, you are now able to run the application.
No, the SDK license is not transferable. You may develop an application for your customer, sell it to him and then deploy; however in the Apple AppStore or Android Market the Seller has to be the owner of the SDK license. If your customer wants to publish an app under his company’s name (Seller on the Apple App Store / Android Market), he has to purchase a respective SDK license.
