We are there when you need us. metaio does not only provide great software packages to produce reliable and impressive Augmented Reality solutions, we also take care of our customers after sale. We offer several support pipelines:

  • Documentation: A descriptive and meaningful documentation is always accessible online
  • Forum: Discuss challenges, get inspired and read obtained solutions in our free to use forums. metaio supporters are also active in this forum
  • FAQ: Most questions by new users might have been issued before, therefore we created a FAQ section.

Our recommendation: Start off with our extensive FAQ, then search and read the documentation and if all this didn't solve your problem, use our forum. Our customers can of course also use the support form to contact us directly.
