Which infomation do you need?
The more detailed you describe your problem, the better and faster we can work on a solution of your inquiry. Crucial are product name and version number as well as the problem description.
What about demo users?
Every customer receives an Avangate reference number on each invoice. This number is needed to send out a support request. Therefore the personal support is exclusive to metaio's customers. Demo users can use our free support resources like documentation, forum and FAQ.
Where is the version number?
In applications with an interface you can find the version number simply by clicking on the "Help" menu and there selecting the "About" option. Customers of the SDK, mobile SDK and Viewer can find the version number in their invoice.
